The Chamber of Customs Brokers, Inc. (CCBI) is the national organization of Customs Brokers in the Philippines. The organization was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 13, 1991. The PCCBI is the sole Accredited Integrated Professional Organization of Customs Brokers by the Professional Regulations Commission and Professional Regulatory Board for Customs Brokers, pursuant to the provision of Section 31, Article IV of Republic Act No. 9280, otherwise known as Customs Brokers Act of 2004.
Backed by its membership of more than 9,500 Customs Brokers, the PCCBI members are duly registered with the Professional Regulation Commission and are engaged mainly in the practice of profession – as proprietor or partners in the business of customs brokerage Services and logistics enterprises; a public servant in the government agencies such as the Bureau of Customs, the Department of Finance, the Department of Trade and Industry legislative offices, etc.; employed in private companies engaged in international trade import/export, and logistics; and as distinguished members of the academe, teaching customs and tariff subjects in Higher Education Institutions offering Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration.
The PCCBI also takes pride in its networking activities and alliances with industry associations like the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), Philippine Federation of Professional Association, and Port Users Confederation. In the international front, the PCCBI has been a long standing Association Member of the International Federation of Customs Brokers (IFCBA).

Serves as an active advocacy body that engages with the Bureau of Customs and other government agencies on matters that influence international trade, logistics operations, and commercial activities.

Assists the Bureau of Customs in developing policies, guidelines, and partnerships that support modernization efforts, aligning customs procedures with the Revised Kyoto Convention and other global best practices.

Conducts continuous professional education programs for its members to strengthen their knowledge, technical competencies, practical skills, and professional values.
